We are looking for a Freelance Sales Trainer with solid experience in training sales teams focused on cold calling and outbound sales.
This role is essential to help us launch our brand-new international sales team.
The selected professional will be responsible for :
* training an international team of sales reps (IT / ES / FR / DE), many of whom have little or no previous sales experience;
* designing a clear and practical onboarding program focused on cold outreach by phone;
* teaching proven cold-calling techniques : opening, pitch delivery, objection handling, follow-up and closing;
* creating scripts, frameworks, and repeatable workflows for the team;
* listening to live calls, providing feedback, and boosting performance during the first weeks;
* setting up structured daily routines and productivity habits.
Requirements
* Proven experience as a Sales Trainer, Sales Coach or Cold Calling Trainer;
* hands-on experience in telephone sales, cold calls and outbound processes;
* ability to work with multicultural and multilingual teams;
* excellent communication and teaching skills;
* availability for a 2–3 week freelance engagement, remote or on-site.
