The company is accelerating its global expansion through a technology licensing + localized production + service export model, with overseas facilities in the Netherlands, Germany, Spain, Indonesia, and other markets.Key Responsibilities:Develop and execute annual global sales plans for biostimulants and specialty fertilizers across key markets (Europe, North America, Latin America, APAC)Drive achievement of global sales revenue, gross margin, and collection targetsLead global key account development, negotiation, and contract closureBuild and optimize global distributor/dealer networks with tiered management systemsGather market intelligence on agricultural policies, product registration progress, and competitor strategies across global regionsCollaborate with marketing teams to convert sales leads (MQLs) and with technical teams to provide field trial supportEnsure compliance with local laws (anti-bribery, GDPR) and coordinate logistics for export/import clearanceFrequent international travel (approx. 40%-60% time) for exhibitions, client visits, and regional meetingsQualifications:Bachelor's degree or above in Agriculture, Plant Nutrition, Horticulture, International Trade, Marketing, or related fields5+ years of international sales experience in agricultural inputs (biostimulants, specialty fertilizers, crop protection), including at least 2 years managing cross-regional markets covering 3+ countriesProven track record of successfully developing new markets from scratchFluent in English or Spanish as a working languageSolid knowledge of international ag-input sales processes from lead generation to after-salesFamiliarity with market access requirements in key target regions (EU CE Fertilizer Regulation, Brazil MAP registration, US state fertilizer regulations)Proficiency in CRM systems (Salesforce/HubSpot) and MS OfficeStrong channel negotiation, pricing strategy, and distributor management capabilitiesSelf-motivated and resilient, comfortable working across time zones (Asia-Pacific mornings, Americas evenings)Excellent cross-cultural communication skillsPreferred Qualifications:Existing global or regional distributor/farm customer resourcesPrior overseas assignment experience (especially Latin America or Europe)Field trial design or product technical training capabilities
