In this role, you’ll be responsible for defining, coordinating and helping to execute Red Bull eCommerce strategy across Bricks ‘N Clicks (e.g. Carrefour, Dia, etc.), Pure Play (e.g. Amazon, etc.), Delivery (e.g. Glovo, etc.) & Online B2b (e.g B Grup, Makro, etc.) accounts.
You’ll bring an entrepreneurial mindset into account management of fast growing and strategic customer – all within an emerging channel for Red Bull. You’ll directly manage Pureplay accounts and advise Key Account teams on eCommerce strategies, developing and executing business plans, leading initiatives to improve online execution and analysing progress against goals.
To achieve success, you’ll closely partner internally with local Operations, Finance and Marketing teams, as well as the Global eCommerce team.

1. As the eCommerce Manager you’ll develop, execute, and own annual eCommerce business plans that deliver Red Bull and customer objectives for Pure Play and Delivery customers, while you’ll partner with Red Bull Key Account teams to influence eCommerce priorities across Bricks ‘N Clicks and EB2B customers.
You’ll be responsible for the promotional and pricing calendar, driving onsite visibility, volume planning and managing trade spend.
You’ll activate insights to drive actions that achieve customers and Red Bull business objectives as well as executing Red Bull’s marketing mix to reach new users and differentiate against the competition.
2. You’ll enhance online execution on retailer sites by leading initiatives that identify and close performance gaps, establishing Red Bull as a category-leader in the channel.
In partnership with cross-functional teams, you’ll develop category and shopper insights for eCommerce beverage and energy drink categories, identifying and sharing best practices to reach new online shoppers and bring to life the Red Bull brand across online platforms.
3. You’ll be responsible for eCommerce sales and share reporting as well as conducting quarterly business reviews to measure progress against sales and financial targets. You’ll also drive post-campaigns analysis to evaluate effectiveness and optimize investment.
4. You’ll work with Red Bull Key Account teams to build eCommerce knowledge and ensure business plans align with Red Bull eCommerce strategies.
You’ll lead cross-functional work streams to deliver unique solutions in close partnership with key stakeholders including Finance, Ops, Marketing, Shopper Insights and Global eCommerce.
You’ll leverage data, insights and new customers capabilities to identify and pursue new revenue and brand marketing opportunities.
5. 5 years working with global brands (FMCG/grocery industry preferred) or leading Pureplayers/Bricks ‘N Clicks/Marketplaces across sales, marketing and insight functions.
6. eCommerce knowledge is a must, ideally with account management/online category management experience.
7. Strong strategic thinking with a hands-on mentality, pragmatic in developing things from scratch and a passion to drive the initiative to the next level.
8. Strong analytical skills and experience using internal and external data sources.
9. Strong planning, prioritization, and project management competencies.
10. Experience working with Digital Advertising Agencies.
11. Exceptional communication skills, including presenting and collaboration abilities. Strong negotiation skills and ability to influence a multitude of external and internal stakeholders.
