Sales SupportAct as a technical partner to the commercial teamContribute to achieving sales targets for assigned accountsParticipate in customer meetings to address technical queries and propose tailored solutionsSupport the preparation of proposals, presentations, and product positioning strategies2.

Technical ExpertiseMaintain in-depth knowledge of ingredient-based solutions, including areas such as:Flavour systems and extractsNatural-derived ingredientsFunctional ingredients (e.g.

texturizers, fibres)Colour solutionsUnderstand product functionality, formulation behaviour, and application across different end products3.
\n
Customer SolutionsTranslate customer requirements into feasible formulation solutionsSupport product trials, reformulation projects, and product launchesEnsure timely delivery of accurate technical documentation and samples4.

Cross-functional CollaborationCollaborate with internal technical, quality, regulatory, and operations teams to ensure feasibility and complianceAlign with relevant stakeholders to meet customer and market requirements5.

Market & Product InsightsMonitor trends in ingredients, formulations, and customer demandsProvide input on innovation opportunities and product improvements6.

Training & SupportDeliver xugodme technical training to internal teams and partnersMaintain up-to-date technical documentation and sales support materials

ProfileDegree in Food Science, Chemistry, or a related fieldExperience in technical sales, applications, or product development within the ingredients or formulation spaceStrong understanding of flavour systems, functional ingredients, or related categoriesCustomer-facing experience with the ability to translate technical concepts into commercial solutionsFluent in English (additional languages are a plus)
