Join the Operational Excellence Platform team—the engineering backbone behind our CERT and Threat Intelligence operations. We design, build, automate, and operate the platforms that keep our cybersecurity response running efficiently. Automation‑first, Cloud‑native, DevOps‑driven.
Your Mission
As a
Security Platform & Integration Engineer, you will build and operate security platforms, deliver integrations across our CERT/TI ecosystem, and develop SOAR‑based automation that streamlines cyber response workflows. You’ll work hands‑on with OpenShift, Docker, CI/CD, APIs, SOAR, and cloud‑native tooling, acting as the technical goto person for platform issues and integrations.
What You’ll Do
1. DevOps & Platform Engineering (Core)
Deploy, run, and administer containerized workloads on Red Hat OpenShift and Docker
Build, optimize, and secure container images and registries
Develop and maintain CI/CD pipelines for reliable, automated delivery
Ensure platform scalability, resilience, observability, and security
Implement deployment strategies: blue/green, canary, rolling updates
2. Security Automation & SOAR Development
Build and maintain SOAR playbooks and automated workflows
Convert manual CERT/TI procedures into scalable automation
Integrate SOAR with internal & external tools (APIs, SIEM, ticketing, TI platforms)
Continuously tune playbooks based on operational feedback
Work closely with CERT and Threat Intelligence teams to understand real needs
3. Integrations Engineering
Integrate cybersecurity tools, APIs, data sources, and automations
Deliver secure, stable, well‑documented integrations across the CERT/TI ecosystem
Own architectural diagrams, integration specs, and technical documentation
4. Troubleshooting & Incident Support
Serve as escalation point for platform and integration issues
Diagnose failures across containers, OpenShift, pipelines, and SOAR workflows
Conduct root‑cause analysis and implement permanent fixes
Improve runbooks and knowledge bases for faster team‑wide resolution
5. Project Delivery
Lead technical integration and platform improvement projects
Coordinate stakeholders, requirements, risks, and timelines
Deliver high‑quality solutions with clear communication and strong ownership
What You Bring
Must Have
Strong hands‑on experience with Docker, Red Hat OpenShift (deployment, admin, troubleshooting)
Kubernetes concepts and container orchestration
CI/CD pipelines & Git workflows
Experience developing SOAR automations/playbooks
Troubleshooting skills across containers, pipelines, APIs, integrations
Scripting: Python and Bash
Solid communication & coordination skills
Nice‑to‑Have
Experience in Cybersecurity, SOC, CERT, Threat Intelligence
Monitoring/observability stacks (Datadog, Prometheus, Grafana, ELK/OpenSearch)
API integration patterns (REST, GraphQL, queues)
Certifications: CKA, RHCSA/RHCE/RHCA, Kubernetes, etc.
