To support our ongoing growth and expansion, we are currently seeking an experienced professional to join our team in Barcelona, Spain, conveniently located at CargoParc, Josep Tarradellas Airport, as an Airfreight Specialist.
Responsibilities:
* Arrange and coordinate air shipments.
* Prepare and review shipping documentation.
* Track and monitor shipments.
* Coordinate with Airlines, handling agents, hauliers, warehouses and Customs Authorities.
* Ensure accurate data entry.
* Communicate with clients.
* Support sales.
* Ensure compliance with IATA.
* Check DG documentation.
* Follow company SOP's.
* Ensure timely billing.
Requirements:
* Proficient in English.
* Technical Knowledge in Airfreight Processes.
* Knowledge on customs and import/export regulations.
* Communication Skills.
* Problem-solving orientation.
