We focus on helping buyers and sellers prepare better, close faster, and realize profits sooner on mergers, acquisitions, divestitures, and financing transactions.
The principal focus areas for this position include:
Financial due diligence projects for either the acquirer or the vendor, working with private equity firms and major international and national corporate clients.
Critical review of key value drivers of the business, including historical data and financial projections.
Utilizing Data & Analytics tools to deliver insights on main financial and business issues or identified upsides.
Supporting clients in price adjustment definitions and analysis.
Requirements:
Degree in Business, Economics, or Engineering.
Fluent in English (daily work conducted in English).
Spanish language skills are a plus but not mandatory.
2-3 years of experience in audit.
Strong analytical and interpersonal skills.
Advanced skills in Excel and PowerPoint.
Data analytics skills (Power BI, Power Query, Power Pivot, Alteryx) are a plus.
Continuous training, including an initial 4-week Data Analytics training at our D4D center.
Flexibility to travel.
