- **+5 years of experience working as a Business Analyst**:
- **Experience working on Supply Chain process initiatives related to retail business flows running on ERP and POS systems.**:
- Experience in platforms such as **Microsoft D365 Supply Chain** module for retail business with physical stores.
- Experience working in an **Agile/DevOps** environment using design thinking methodology.
- Experience working in a global environment and with virtual teams.
- Functional knowledge of supply chain flows, particularly in Retail.
- Exposure to multiple, diverse technical configurations, technologies, and processing environments.
- Strong communication skills to engage effectively with stakeholders at all levels, in **English**.

**WHAT WILL YOU DO?**:
- Provide expertise, context, and direction to assist our business operations and the tech teams on new developments and implementations.
- Collaborate closely with the Tech Lead and Product Owner to support the development of a strategic vision for the POS implementation project.
- Assist the Product Owner and Tech Lead in refining the strategy through continuous enhancements to the product.
- Conduct thorough analysis, documentation, and testing of program development, logic, process flows, and specifications related to the POS system or other projects.
- Create comprehensive training materials tailored to the product area and deliver training sessions to end users and support teams.
- Actively participate in troubleshooting and resolving solution issues as part of the third-level support team.
- Design business scenarios and use cases for the product mix, focusing on product introductions and the necessary change management to maximize adoption and value.
- Identify gaps in existing functionalities and explore options for improvement and process automation.
- Inspire and guide team members across various business and IT organizations to understand business needs and collaboratively find optimal solutions that align with customer objectives and IT strategy.
