The Role
\nWhile Stark is becoming the global market leader in motocross and premium motorcycles, we need your help to support the growth path of the company by ensuring transparency and process optimization.\n
You are a multifaceted professional: A data enthusiast with a passion for transparency and accuracy that combines strong analytical skills with strategic thinking, adaptability, technological proficiency and very good communication throughout the different layers of a company. Additionally, you are adept at establishing and maintaining robust production and sales controlling processes, providing critical insights that drive operational efficiency and informed decision-making.

What You’ll Do

Financial Transparency and Reporting:

1. Develop and maintain financial reporting processes that provide clear visibility into financial performance.

2. Create and implement the vision for live reporting that enables real-time insights into financial data, enhancing decision-making across the organization.
\n
3. Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and internal financial policies.
\n
4. Process Improvement:\nIdentify and implement process improvements to enhance efficiency and effectiveness in financial operations.
\n
5. Lead the optimization and integration of ERP systems to streamline financial processes and reporting.
\n
6. Data Analysis and Management:\nUtilize data analytics to drive insights into financial performance, identifying trends and opportunities for improvement.

7. Oversee data governance to ensure accuracy, consistency, and security of financial data.
\n
8. Budgeting and Forecasting:\nLead the forecasting processes, aligning financial goals with business strategies.
\n
9. Monitor and analyze financial performance against budget and forecasts, providing actionable insights to senior management.
\n
10. Team Leadership:\nBuild and lead a high-performing team of financial controllers and data analysts.
\n
11. Foster a culture of collaboration and continuous improvement within the finance department.
