The idóneo candidate
- An honours degree from a British or Spanish university
- A PGCE or equivalent qualification that provides certified teacher status for teaching Spanish as a Second or Foreign Language (ELE)
- Demonstrated ability to work collaboratively, contributing to planning and resource development within a team
- Skilled at adapting teaching methods to meet the diverse needs of individual learners
- A commitment to maintaining high standards of student effort and behaviour, supported by effective classroom management techniques
- Strong organisational skills with the ability to prioritise tasks and meet deadlines consistently
- Highly motivated, proactive, and able to take initiative to support the success of the department
