Strong knowledge of data capture mechanisms across digital channels (websites, CRM systems, media platforms, and marketing technologies). Hands-on experience leveraging data within CRM and marketing tools to enable segmentation, personalization, and customer journey management across both B2C and B2B contexts. Proven capability to convert high-level data strategies into actionable operational and technical plans. Track record of taking data-driven initiatives from initial proof-of-concept stages through to fully scalable implementation. Good understanding of performance measurement approaches, including KPI definition, dashboard creation, and reporting processes.
