Production Manager (Jefe/a de Producción) – Valladolid

Overview
As Production Manager, you will partner with the Site Manager to oversee the execution of the Mantenimiento Cíclico and Estado maintenance activities, as well as improvement work on the ADIF contract Mantenimiento de Infraestructura y Vía de Líneas Conveniconales y de Ancho Métrico de la Subdirección Norte. You will ensure that all tasks are scheduled, executed, and reported efficiently and safely.
Responsibilities
* Collaborate with the Site Manager to plan, schedule, and control daily, weekly, monthly and annual maintenance tasks.
* Lead daily meetings with the maintenance team and attend monthly maintenance review meetings.
* Supervise and validate the monthly maintenance reports and safety documentation.
* Maintain inventory of spares, tools and auxiliary equipment used in maintenance activities.
* Evaluate maintenance performance, propose improvements, and propose changes to procedures to reduce incidents.
* Supervise the final part‑of‑work records and establish reporting procedures.
* Promote and provide technical training to maintenance staff and facilitate ADIF‑provided training for inspections.
* Ensure compliance with the Spanish Occupational Risk Prevention Law and ADIF’s internal safety policies.
* Analyze systematic infrastructure incidents and recommend corrective actions to ADIF.
Qualifications
* Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Road, Port or equivalent.
* Minimum 5 years of experience in production management in large construction projects.
* Knowledge of ADIF-specific railway regulations.
* Valid B driving licence.
* Proficient in Microsoft Office;
experience with MENFIS,PRESTO, AutoCAD, Adobe Professional, Adobe Photoshop, Microsoft Project and/or TILOS is a plus.
* Fluency in Spanish;
knowledge of English isdesirable.
* Willingness to relocate or travel to Valladolid.
