The Role
We're looking for a Restaurant Manager who doesn't just manage but leads, inspires, and builds culture. Someone who thrives in openings, loves the buzz of a full house, and knows how to turn great service into an unforgettable experience.
What You'll Do
* Lead the full restaurant operation from pre-opening through launch and beyond
* Build, train, and inspire a top-tier front-of-house team
* Create an electric, guest-focused atmosphere aligned with the Leña brand DNA
* Own the guest experience from first impression to last detail
* Drive service excellence during high-volume, high-energy shifts
* Collaborate closely with the kitchen to deliver seamless, elevated service
* Manage schedules, staffing, and performance with a sharp operational mindset
* Control costs and hit financial targets without compromising experience
* Be the face of the restaurant present, visible, and hands-on on the floor
Who You Are
* A proven Restaurant Manager with experience in high-end, high-volume venues
* Experienced (and excited) about openings or fast-growth environments
* A natural leader with charisma, energy, and presence
* Highly organized, solution-driven, and calm under pressure
* Passionate about hospitality, food, and creating moments people remember
* Fluent in English; Spanish is a strong plus
