Our fast-growing international team seeks new superpowers in a skilled Content Marketing Manager to drive our inbound strategy.
Here's what you'll do:
* Inbound Content Strategy & Execution:
Lead the creation, optimization, and distribution of high-value content (articles, thought leadership, case studies) across all channels to generate qualified inbound leads.
* LinkedIn Engagement & Authority Building:
Drive engagement and conversation on LinkedIn, creating and distributing posts that enhance our brand authority and generate quality leads.
* Newsletter & Email Campaigns:
Plan, write, and execute engaging email campaigns and newsletters that nurture leads, announce new content, and promote events.
* Collaborations & Event Organisation:
Identify and manage content collaborations (e.g., webinars, guest posts), organize company events & maximize attendance and reach, eg our famous GrowBoat Event or similar
* Landing Page Development:
Work with our design and development resources to brief and manage the creation of high-converting landing pages for content assets and campaigns.
* Video Content Production:
Oversee scripting, production, and publishing of high-quality video content (e.g., YouTube, Reels) for content marketing initiatives.
Who You Are:
* A content marketing strategist with proven experience in generating inbound leads for a B2B service-based business.
* Experienced within the
App Industry
(App Marketing, User Acquisition, Performance Marketing) and knowledgeable about the industry landscape.
* Skilled in content strategy, copywriting, and storytelling, with a portfolio of impactful long and short-form content.
* Hands-on proficiency with tools like WordPress, Mailchimp, or similar platforms to independently build high-converting landing pages and automate email journeys.
* A winner, always looking for ways to win and grow in terms of inbound lead volume and quality.
