We are currently looking for an experienced IT Project Manager to support a strategic SAP S/4 HANA logistics, to join our client’s international tech team.
The project involves the merging of company codes and the investigation of equipment management implementation within a globally rolled-out S/4 HANA system. The role requires strong coordination skills, stakeholder management, and experience in agile project environments.
Role Responsibilities:
* Lead the project alongside the Business Project Manager and Subject Matter Expert
* Plan and coordinate project phases and work packages with cross-functional teams
* Manage project schedule, risks, issues, budget, testing, and cutover activities
* Align timelines and deliverables with global stakeholders and SAP Template teams
* Ensure IT infrastructure setup and design approvals follow internal guidelines
* Contract and coordinate external partners and consultants
* Adhere to Siemens Energy’s PM methodology and Quality Gate requirements
* Prepare and moderate Steering Committee meetings
* Manage dependencies with related projects and ensure seamless integration
* Oversee rollout of end-to-end processes and ensure strategic alignment
* Handle scope changes and resource adjustments as needed
* Ensure compliance with data protection and cybersecurity standards
* Facilitate end-user training and knowledge transfer sessions
Must-Haves:
* 3+ years of experience as an IT Project Manager
* Strong background in SAP S/4 HANA
* Experience in agile project management (user stories, Jira)
* Proven track record in global organizations and full-cycle projects
* Excellent stakeholder and governance management skills
* Fluent in English and Spanish
Nice-to-Haves:
* Familiarity with ETM.Next
* Experience in equipment management or fleet/logistics systems
