At Hays Executive, we are looking for an HR Directo r for a leading international company in the Fast-Moving Consumer Goods (FMCG) sector, with a global presence and a dynamic, high-volume environment.
You will be responsible for defining and leading the People & Culture strategy in Iberia, ensuring its alignment with corporate objectives. You will work closely with the Head of Sales and the regional P&C team to drive strategic initiatives, implementing talent management practices that strengthen business execution and foster high-performing teams.
Key Responsabilities
* Provide strategic advice and coaching to leaders and HR Business Partners on performance management and talent development.
* Lead the People & Culture strategy in Iberia, ensuring alignment with business objectives and enhancing employee experience.
* Drive talent calibration, succession planning, and development programs to build high-performing teams.
* Design and implement talent attraction, engagement, and retention strategies for key roles.
* Analyze engagement survey results and define action plans to improve employee well-being.
* Ensure compliance with policies, legal standards, and regulatory requirements across the region.
* Monitor KPIs and performance metrics to identify trends and propose strategic actions.
* Lead organizational transformation projects and act as a change agent to strengthen culture and efficiency.
* Collaborate with global and regional teams to implement best practices and innovative HR solutions.
Requirements
* Over 10 years of experience in HR roles, having previously held a similar position.
* Proven experience in international environments and in high-volume companies within FMCG or large-scale retail.
* Strong knowledge of fast-moving and highly complex organizational settings.
* Fluent English (high level) is essential.
* Ability to lead strategic projects and manage teams in dynamic, changing environments.
* High resilience and adaptability to navigate challenges and drive results under pressure.
