Omega CRM is a Merkle & Dentsu company, a leader in Customer Experience services with over 20 years of experience in technology-driven marketing and customer relationship management, focusing on innovation. We are seeking a Technical Lead.MAIN TASKS:
Support sales and functional teams in solution design, estimation, and assumptions for assigned accounts, providing technical expertise.Assist the Project Manager / Delivery Manager with technical leadership, ensuring the platform meets functional demands and identifying the best solutions.Detect and notify risks related to project and client profitability.Ensure project progress aligns with scope, schedule, and costs, alerting managers to deviations.Guarantee technical objectives are met and quality standards are maintained.Supervise effort estimations during testing phases.Collaborate on project demos and ensure delivery of technical documentation.Participate in developing and training the technical team, enhancing their skills.Identify technical Up & Cross Selling opportunities and methodological improvements.Contribute to Omega's community of practice through thought leadership, training, and mentoring.REQUIRED EXPERIENCE:
At least 3 years of full lifecycle Salesforce.Com implementation experience.Experience as a Salesforce.Com developer across various modules:
Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Marketing Cloud.Experience with agile methodologies.Proficiency in English at a high level.WHAT WE OFFER:
