Job Profile
The Digital Sales Development team guides customers through their digital transformation journey by creating a world-class engagement experience. Responsibilities include building and nurturing sales pipelines, prospecting into SAP's install base and new accounts, nurturing leads into qualified opportunities, and delivering high-quality digital engagement with potential customers.
As a Digital Sales Development Associate, your focus will be on sourcing and nurturing demand for SAP’s Cloud ERP & LoB solutions in NNN & IB across industries, collaborating with SAP & Partners, as well as customers.
Key Responsibilities and Tasks
The position aims to extend SAP's market coverage in Ukraine by generating new pipeline through:
1. Executing targeted outbound campaigns via phone, chat, and email, qualifying leads according to applicable methodology, and handing over to sales.
2. Accelerating pipeline and increasing conversion by nurturing recycled and reconstituted leads.
3. Nurturing leads from demand generation functions and progressing stalled pipelines.
The associate will generate and qualify leads, nurture aging leads, and hand over qualified leads to account executives. The role is based in the Barcelona Digital Hub and involves territory and account planning, supporting the team, and potentially transitioning into sales roles.
Additional Responsibilities
* Plan and execute call and email activities to generate leads.
* Support and cooperate with marketing and sales teams.
* Align with sales for territory planning and execution.
* Generate and qualify leads through various means.
* Pass qualified leads to sales.
* Review lead pipeline and provide feedback to marketing.
Training & Enablement
* Participate in demand generation and product/solution training activities.
* Complete enablement activities timely.
Experience and Language Requirements
* 1-2 years in Demand Generation or Inside Sales environment.
* Preferably digital remote experience, high-volume customer-facing work.
* Experience with phone and CRM systems.
* Fluency in English and Ukrainian required; additional regional language preferred.
* Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
