Job Title: Field Service Technician
Avery Dennison is an equal opportunity employer. We are looking for a highly motivated and experienced male or female to join our team as a Field Service Technician. The ultimate goal is to drive a successful service that improves customer satisfaction, increases retention, and brings in opportunities.
Responsibilities:
* Providing regular customer support, on-site and remotely, for installation, training, troubleshooting, and preventive maintenance.
* Providing consultations for product knowledge and solutions value.
* Aligning with local and overseas teams such as SME, Commercial, Development, and others.
* Building and maintaining good relationships and trust within the internal team and external customers.
* Conducting evaluation visits, monitoring pilot projects, and guiding customers through development stages.
* Providing feedback insights on threats and opportunities to the related team.
* Reporting and analyzing support and product improvement data.
* Supporting internal print testing and machine checking.
* Supporting ad-hoc projects.
* Occasional travel to remote locations and overseas when required.
Qualifications:
* Bachelor's degree in Industrial Technology, Mechanical, Electronics, IT, or related fields.
* Open to entry-level and experienced Field Service Technicians within apparel industries, label printing, heat transfers, and automated machinery.
* Knowledge of Data analysis, Automation PLC, RFID, and IoT devices.
* Fluent in English (verbal and written).
* Strong interpersonal skills with a Lean Sigma mindset.
* Flexible work attitude and ability to adapt to changing environments.
