Responsibilities
* Execute implementation of the “Winning In” customer marketing strategy in KC.
* Building long‑term relationships with key strategic customers.
* Ownership of the A&P budget and tools allocated to the City.
* Responsible to coordinate and update bottom‑up plan worked with BM’s and aligned with Field Manager and Customer Marketing Managers.
* Ensure negotiation, definition and execution of tailor made visibilities and activations in Key Cities with perfect execution.
* BTL Agency Management: from briefing to execution.
* Evaluation of Activities developed in the City, M&E for Key Activities to ensure we continue with proven growth driver activities.
* Influence during IAP process to ensure resources and activities needed are covered during IAP process.
Skills & Experience
* Unrivalled passion for the On Trade and experience of delivering moments of “wow” in the sector.
* Minimum 3 years sales or marketing experience working preferably in the On Trade channel.
* Experience of working with and influencing stakeholders to develop and implement clear agendas and longer‑term execution plans.
* Experience in balancing long and short‑term priorities to create efficiencies.
* Comprehension of competitive market for brand and category. Comfortable interpreting data to develop initiatives to grow the brand in line with company values.
* Experience of managing a budget and across multiple stakeholders.
* English and Spanish required.
