Effectively transform business requirements into IT solution design specifications, ensuring solutions meet customer expectations while being safe, reliable, scalable, and flexible.
Act as an advisor to improve global business processes, products, services, and software through data analysis on TRD Digital Plant.
Engage with global business leaders and leverage Data Digital & IT (DDIT) teams to determine requirements and deliver data-driven recommendations to enhance efficiency and add value.
About the Role
Role Responsibilities :
* Ensure consistency and traceability between user requirements, functional specifications, and testing & validation. Support validation and testing while adhering to Security and Compliance policies within Service Delivery.
* Stay updated on internal IT systems, documentation standards, regulatory environments, DDIT Service Portfolio, and industry best practices. Focus on leveraging technologies and reusable solutions.
* Develop project rationale and perform scoping assessments to evaluate project feasibility.
* Identify gaps in existing functionality, review requirements with stakeholders, and develop comprehensive requirement specifications to estimate costs, time, and resources.
* Liaise with the service development team to suggest high-level functional solutions.
* Develop project estimates and complete financial models including costs, savings, and revenue opportunities.
* Involve relevant stakeholders in defining new services or major upgrades.
* Ensure user experience considerations are integrated into the design and deployment of solutions.
Role Requirements :
* University degree in Informatics, Computer Sciences, Life Sciences, or similar.
* At least 6+ years of experience in Pharma or IT industry, especially in Drug manufacturing IT domain.
* Experience as a business analyst, process expert, business IT lead, or related roles.
* Strong understanding of business process analysis, system architecture, and solving complex information challenges.
* Proficiency in working with global teams, facilitation, negotiation, and conflict resolution.
* Knowledge of Manufacturing processes, drug development, MES systems, Historian systems, GXP, 21CFR Part 11, and CSV lifecycle is preferred.
* Previous experience in TRD and knowledge of TRD business processes are advantageous.
