The Digital Signage Operations Manager oversees the strategy, deployment, operations, and continuous optimization of Samsung's cloud-based digital signage ecosystem powered by Samsung VXT (Visual eXperience Transformation), ensuring operational excellence and effective retail execut

Technical Leadership &
Support• Lead resolution of platform, connectivity, hardware, and content
issues.• Manage support processes, escalations, and SLA compliance with Samsung and external p
artners.• Maintain operational standards, technical documentation, and risk mitigation pro
cedures.
Vendor & Budget M
anagement• Manage relationships with technology partners, suppliers, and service p
roviders.• Own operational and project budgets, ensuring cost efficiency and alignment with business pr
iorities.• Monitor vendor performance, service delivery, and contract co
mpliance.
Analytics & Continuous I
mprovement• Monitor operational KPIs, platform performance, campaign effectiveness, and network ut
ilization.• Identify opportunities to improve content performance, operational efficiency, and customer e
xperience.• Lead automation, standardization, and continuous improvement in

Stakeholder Management &
Leadership• Partner with SEIB, HQ, Retail Operations, Marketing, Creative, an
