What will be your mission? As a Barman / Barmaid, you will be responsible for ensuring the bar service, customer service, beverage preparation, and acting as a restaurant/bar ambassador to guarantee quality and excellence, exceeding customer expectations. What will you do?Carry out the setup of the cocktail bar, bar, and restaurant.Manage productions, orders, control of stocks of liquors and drinks, including distillates and bar supplies.Supervise the cleanliness and order of the point of sale (restaurant, buffet, lounge, cafeteria, or bar).Welcome customers and invite them to be seated.Advise on available products, take orders, and adapt to customer requests.Set up, dismantle, and clean tables for restaurant, hotel rooms, events, congresses, and various functions, following the supervisor’s directives.Prepare breakfast, lunch, dinner, and bar service, including setting up, cleaning, and dismantling tables.Know the menus and products available at the hotel’s restaurant thoroughly.Ensure the quality standards of the F&B department, aligned with the Collection brand, are met and exceeded.What are we looking for?Professional experience in similar roles.Knowledge of English and preferably another foreign language (fluent spoken).Creativity and ability to innovate.Relevant professional training (preferred).Knowledge of HACCP, hygiene, and safety standards.Genuine smile, good appearance, and friendliness.Customer-oriented attitude.Passion for service.Professional attitude and teamwork skills.Flexibility with working hours.
