We are seeking a Salesforce Marketing Cloud Technical Lead.The Technical Lead in Omega’s Marketing team is responsible for overseeing the technical progress of projects, advising technical roles, and ensuring the development team meets client and company standards for quality and profitability.This role involves identifying gaps, advising on solutions, serving as a technical reference with deep platform knowledge, and guiding team development. The Technical Lead collaborates closely with the Project Manager, Delivery Manager, and Client Lead.Main Responsibilities
ProjectsSupport commercial and functional teams with solution design, estimation, and assumptions.Assist PM/DM in technical leadership, ensuring project scope, timeline, and costs are managed.Report technical risks and ensure quality standards are met.Supervise effort estimates and support testing phases.Deliver technical documentation.SolutionsProvide effort estimations for marketing projects.Collaborate on project demos and identify opportunities for upselling.Recommend innovative products and systems, and collaborate with technology providers.Team and TrainingShare technical knowledge within Omega’s community of practice.Mentor team members to develop skills.Participate in team development and training initiatives.Skills and Requirements
Minimum of 3 years in a similar role.Experience with Data Cloud and Personalization projects.Proficiency in SQL, AMPscript, JavaScript, HTML, and CSS.Salesforce certifications are a plus.High level of English proficiency.What We Offer
