Transformation & Culture Shift
1. Lead a wide-reaching operational and cultural transformation to evolve ways of working, decision-making, and collaboration.
2. Champion lean thinking, transparency, and cross-functional ownership across the value chain.
3. Build alignment between corporate objectives and site-level execution with an emphasis on empowerment, continuous learning, and high performance.
End-to-End Industrial Operations
4. Oversee all plant operations ensuring alignment with regulatory, quality, and performance standards.
5. Drive operational KPIs including yield, downtime, safety, and overall efficiency.
6. Elevate site performance through digitalization, automation, and industrial excellence programs.
Strategic Sourcing & Externalization
7. Build a global sourcing strategy, including identifying CDMO/CMO partners in competitive markets.
8. Manage supplier qualification, compliance, and performance monitoring processes.
9. Balance quality, lead time, and cost in vendor negotiations and portfolio development.
Supply Chain, Planning & S&OP
10. Lead integrated demand and supply planning processes to support business growth and service reliability.
11. Build a robust S&OP process in collaboration with Sales, Marketing, and Finance teams.
12. Optimize inventory, production capacity, and market responsiveness.
Logistics & Distribution
13. Ensure seamless coordination between internal flows (warehouse, raw materials, production) and external logistics partners (3PLs).
14. Improve delivery speed, traceability, and customer service metrics.
Financial Governance of Operations
15. Monitor industrial performance through detailed analysis of margins, costs, and capex effectiveness.
16. Develop strategic business cases to inform make-or-buy decisions and investment prioritization.
