Your next challenge Pluxee and Cobee by Pluxee is seeking a driven and ambitious **Business Development Representative (BDR)** to join our high-growth team. This is an exciting opportunity for a proactive and dynamic professional to contribute directly to **pipeline generation** and play a key role in scaling our sales development function in a fast-paced SaaS and FinTech environment focused on transforming employee benefits. What you’ll be doing:* **Drive outbound prospecting efforts** by contacting potential clients through cold calling, emailing, LinkedIn outreach, and other channels.* **Qualify leads and book meetings** with decision-makers, ensuring opportunities are properly captured and advanced in the sales funnel.* **Consistently achieve activity targets** (calls, emails, meetings set) to generate a healthy pipeline for the Account Executive team.* **Keep CRM data accurate and up to date**, ensuring visibility on pipeline progress and data cleanliness.* **Collaborate closely with sales and marketing** to fine-tune messaging, campaigns, and targeting.* **Stay up to date on market trends and best practices** to continuously improve outreach techniques.
