We partner with leading internet companies, fast-growing technology firms, and globally expanding enterprises. As our global recruitment business continues to scale, we are looking for a Recruitment Consultant to join our international delivery team.
Role Overview
As a Recruitment Consultant, you will focus on technical hiring across Europe and global markets, while also supporting selected General Functions roles such as HR, Finance, Operations, Sales, and Marketing.
This is a client-facing delivery role. You will manage end-to-end recruitment projects, provide market insights, and act as a trusted hiring partner to our global clients.
Key Responsibilities
* Lead recruitment projects for technical roles including Frontend, Backend, Full Stack, DevOps, Cloud, Data, Product Tech, and related positions
* Independently source, assess, and manage mid-to-senior level candidates
* Conduct talent mapping and market research analysis
* Partner closely with Hiring Managers to understand technical requirements and business objectives
* Deliver hiring projects for HR, Finance, Sales, Operations, Marketing, and other business functions
* Understand role competency models and translate business needs into sourcing strategies
* Provide compensation benchmarking and market insights when required
* Manage full-cycle recruitment processes (Intake – Sourcing – Interview – Offer – Onboarding)
* Provide structured hiring updates and pipeline reports to clients
* Proactively identify risks and propose hiring solutions
* Collaborate cross-regionally with APAC / EMEA / LATAM teams
* Build and maintain structured talent pipelines
* Optimize sourcing strategies (LinkedIn, Boolean, referrals, market mapping)
* Develop and refine interview evaluation frameworks
* Leverage AI-enabled recruitment tools to improve efficiency
Qualifications
* Bachelor’s degree or above (required)
* Minimum 3 years of recruitment experience
* Strong experience in technical recruitment preferred
* Agency background (headhunting / RPO / staffing firm) strongly preferred
* Experience serving large internet or technology companies is a plus
* Ability to communicate effectively with technical stakeholders
* Exposure to General Functions hiring
* English must be a working language (required)
* Spanish and/or additional language capabilities are a strong plus
* Strong ownership mindset with ability to independently drive client projects
* Comfortable working in a fully remote, cross-cultural environment
