Mission:
The Account Executive supports the sales team for retaining the current revenue and developing new business opportunities to prospects and existing customers in Israel.
Responsibilities:
- Achieve an annual sales growth quota assigned by the Sales Top Management;
- Support and work with team members to deliver maximum sales results;
- Web searching to identify new sales opportunities;
- Email and phone promotion of products and services to prospects and customers;
- Communicate and cooperate with Field Sales and internal Sales to define and update sales strategy;
- Preparation and distribution of promotional material, brochures, quotes to customers and prospects;
- Renewal quotes and relevant follow up;
- Activate and follow up on trials including statistics report generation;
- Attend international meetings and conferences;
- Occasional customer visits (when needed and approved by Manager);
- Achieve an expert level of knowledge of the company products and services;
- Help with payment collection from customers when needed.
Requirements and Competencies:
- Must be based in Madrid or the surrounding area;
- Bachelor’s degree;
- Commercial acumen;
- Fluent English spoken and written;
- Fluent Hebrew spoken and written;
- 3+ years sales experience and B2B customer care and development;
- Proficient in Microsoft Office;
- Work experience in a multinational context;
- Good analytical skills and data accuracy;
- Strong interpersonal skills with collaborative, team oriented approach;
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to details;
- Positive attitude and ability to manage multiple priorities;
- Ability to prioritize, organize and work under pressure;
- Ability to build up relationships with customers;
- Must demonstrate strong initiative and persistence.
