IT Specialist in System Integration

Responsibilities
* Design, implement, and maintain integrated IT systems supporting business operations.
* Ensure high availability and performance of IT systems through continuous maintenance and support.
* Diagnose and resolve technical issues to minimize downtime and maintain operational continuity.
* Proactively monitor system performance, availability, and security, and implement improvements when necessary.
* Create and maintain comprehensive documentation for system configurations, workflows, and technical procedures.
* Work closely with cross‑functional IT teams to support integrated, cohesive system environments.
* Ensure adherence to relevant regulations and standards, including KRITIS and DORA requirements.

Qualifications
Education: Completed training as an IT Specialist in System Integration or equivalent technical background.
Experience: At least 2 years of professional experience in system integration, ideally within a Service Operation Center environment.
Technical Skills
* Operating Systems: Windows, Linux, macOS
* Networking: TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, VPN
* Virtualization: VMware, Hyper‑V
* Cloud: AWS, Azure
* Security: Firewalls, IDS/IPS, encryption technologies
Certifications (preferred)
* CompTIA Network+
* CompTIA Security+
* Microsoft Certified: Azure Administrator Associate
* Or comparable certifications
