Your key responsibility is to ensure the correct and timely payment of our Primos, including post payroll payments. You will develop a strong network with global and local payroll vendors, HR partners, local finance, and accounting teams.
You will have the opportunity to lead or participate in projects aimed at continuous improvement, helping us deliver services that delight our customers by streamlining processes.

You are skilled in building, reviewing, and executing payrolls on a weekly, monthly, or periodic basis.
Your approach is defined by attention to detail, customer service, proactiveness, and quick issue resolution as you handle multiple high-priority tasks.
RESPONSIBILITIES - WITH OUR CONSUMER AT THE HEART, YOUR KEY FOCUS WILL BE
* Validate trial runs executed by local vendors and identify discrepancies
* Resolve discrepancies with technical or business personnel, implement corrective measures, and retest as needed
* Prepare and process on-cycle payrolls
* Prepare and process off-cycle payrolls, including severance packages
* Reconcile, balance, and transmit payroll-related data via vendor and bank interfaces/reports
* Ensure accurate and timely payments to Primos and third parties (local authorities and vendors)
* Respond to inquiries within service level agreements
* Act as the point of contact for local payroll vendors
* Complete SOX controls to ensure data integrity and accuracy
* Prepare/review payroll-related journal entries and coordinate with finance and accounting teams for accurate financial reporting
* Document and update owned processes
* Maintain the Primo Investment file and serve as POC for the Structure Cost team
* Lead or execute process improvement and process excellence projects within the Payroll team
SKILLS - THE SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE NEEDED TO CREATE YOUR LEGACY
* At least 3 years of experience in a Shared Services Center handling multi-country payrolls
* University degree in Business, Finance, Accounting, Human Resources, or related field
* Fluent English; proficiency in other languages like French, Italian, Dutch is a plus
* Intermediate to advanced MS Office skills (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook)
* Basic knowledge of accounting/finance
* Preferred: HR Payroll or Accounting experience, understanding of Swiss or Belgian legislation, experience overseeing local payroll vendors
