Imagine working where others spend their holidays, right in the vibrant heart of Palma de Mallorca. As a Sales Manager for Lead Generation and Business Development at Gevekom, you will become the driving force of our Sales Hive, located directly above Starbucks in central Palma. You will develop strategies for our continued growth and act as a door opener and networker, identifying potential partners in e-commerce, travel, fashion, and other sectors and introducing them to our innovative, AI‑powered service world.
Responsibilities

* Drive the sales pipeline forward by proactively identifying and making initial contact with B2B decision‑makers through LinkedIn, cold calling, and networking events.
* Scan market trends to recognise which companies can benefit most from our outsourcing solutions.
* Qualify leads and set the stage for our team pitches, acting as a strategic pathfinder.
* Manage the CRM system meticulously to ensure no contact is lost.
* Represent the core values of Gevekom in a warm, professional, and solution‑oriented manner.
Qualifications

* True hunter mentality and passion for new customer acquisition.
* Persistent and driven to open new doors.
* Fluent German at C2 level and a strong, confident command of English.
* Proven track record in lead generation or inside sales.
* High digital affinity, independent working style, and a strong team player.
* Required languages: German (DE), English (EN).
* Erfolge in der Leadgenerierung oder im Inside Sales.
