We are expanding our technician teams within the EMEA regions and have openings for Electrical Installation Technician. This is a unique opportunity to work in some of the most innovative and fast paced data centers in the world.
As Electrical Installation Technician you will be responsible for powering up new racks in order to increase AWS server and network capacity (involves work on ATS's, PDC's and Catchers).
The role requires a highly driven, self-managed individual who can be trusted to plan the daily operations and travel between different locations within the city.

1. Setting and maintaining the highest standards for safety and actively promoting a world-class safety culture in all aspects of operational procedure
2. Driving continuous improvement efforts on infrastructure through standardization of procedures and policies, while delivering performance against agreed metrics
3. Enabling the operations organization to delivering 100% up-time on all customer supporting infrastructure
4. Collaborating effectively with internal & external stakeholders to deliver operational excellence for all AWS customers.
5. Follow the standard operation procedures and track issues through appropriate entries into a Trouble Ticket system.
6. Prioritize appropriately in a complex, fast-paced environment.
7. Assess incoming rack power requirements to ensure adequate system capacity.
8. Conduct pre-delivery circuit testing to verify proper functionality.
