SALES MANAGER – B2B- PERSONAL CARE
We are currently seeking a Sales Manager B2B Cosmetic Ingredients for our department of Personal Care within Azelis Spain. This role will be based preferably in Catalonia. Other locations can be evaluated depending on the candidate’s profile.
As innovative, entrepreneurial sales manager you will be reporting into the Business Manager.
The ideal candidate will have the opportunity to take over existing business, build and develop new business within the segment of cosmetic ingredients in our Personal Care industry, having responsibilities with customers and some suppliers.
PRINCIPAL ACCOUNTABILITIES
- Maintain and grow the business of existing accounts and develop new business throughout Spain.
- Develop sales of a portfolio of products within the segment of cosmetic ingredients and the Personal Care industries throughout Spain by building long-term relationships with new and existing customers and suppliers.
- Manage and develop strong working relationships with customers and suppliers.
- Commercial acumen, achieve sales in a highly competitive market.
- Continually seek new markets and sales opportunities.
- Develop strong working relationships with the assigned principal(s).
- Collaborate with rest of the sales team and customer service department.
- Deliver a first-class service to customers.
KEY SKILLS
Education/Experience
- 5 years of relevant experience in the B2B sales in the Personal Care or Cosmetic industry.
- Technical background: bachelor/ master degree, ideally in Cosmetology.
- Knowledge about regulatory framework of Cosmetic industry is a plus.
- Excellent English language skills for negotiation with foreign suppliers.

- Self-motivated to start up new initiatives to generate more sales.
- Passion for selling and promoting cosmetic active ingredients.
- Excellent interpersonal and relationship building skills.
