As a part of our international group, you will play a key role in facilitating and promoting energy efficiency initiatives. With a solid understanding of relevant legislation, market dynamics, and macroeconomic trends, you will gain valuable expertise that is highly sought after in the industry. You will work closely with ESCOs, companies from different sectors, financial institutions, and energy companies in Spain, identifying their specific needs and developing customized solutions that benefit all parties involved. By doing so, you will deliver value to your clients and help them achieve their energy efficiency goals. The position Identifying new leads and proactively reaching out to them Supporting the rest of the team through initiative and strong performance Matching buyers and sellers and proposing solutions that add value for your clients Developing deep market knowledge of the product and relevant legislation Traveling to client locations and industry events is expected The position will be based in Madrid Qualifications Strong commercial drive, proactive attitude, and self-starter C2 minimum or native Spanish speaker and fluent in English Academic experience: Industrial, Civil, Mechanical or Thermal Engineering, Architecture, or with an Energy Auditor certificate Ability to build strong relationships Ability to multitask and continuously adapt to the dynamic renewable market Ability to cold-call, analyze, and present our value proposition efficiently Highly motivated to succeed in a competitive environment This position is especially suitable for candidates with prior experience in: Energy Audit, especially with knowledge of the ISO 50001 rule and the IPMVP protocol Civil Engineering What we offer Team members who are recognized experts in their areas of focus A non-hierarchical and competent organization with highly driven individuals Client interaction with the major players in the energy industry State of the art office facilities in central Madrid Competitive performance-based bonus structure As the position is for the Spanish White Certificates, the role will entail communication with Spanish companies and clients.
