What you’ll be doing:
- Monitor, analyze, and optimize key performance metrics (CPA, LTV, ROI, ARPU) across all markets
- Support day‑to‑day affiliate operations through data‑driven insights, reporting, and performance analysis
- Provide actionable insights to support business decisions across all SUPER markets
- Partner with Finance on revenue planning and forecasting
- Support commercial strategy and P&L; tracking, ensuring performance aligns with revenue and profitability targets
- Collaborate with BI and Martech teams to enhance tracking, attribution, and overall data accuracy
- Assist with reconciliation and validation of performance and financial metrics, ensuring alignment across systems and platforms
- Develop and maintain a centralized data repository and dashboards to track performance and support decision-making
- Work closely with Affiliate and Commercial teams to identify growth opportunities and optimize partner performance
What we’re looking for:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Data Analytics, Economics or related field
- Experience in data and/or business analysis, financial planning, process improvement roles, preferably in a fast‑paced, digital‑first or consumer‑focused industry
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel (modeling) and data visualization tools like Tableau or Power BI
- Experience working with large datasets and performing forecasting, trend analysis, and performance tracking and optimization
- Ability to support growth strategies and identify key drivers for acquisition and efficiency
- Experience with process automation and data workflow optimization
- Building dashboards and reports that translate complex data into clear business and actionable insights
- Strong communication skills and experience working with cross‑functional teams (Commercial, Tech, Finance)
- Previous experience in iGaming, online gambling, or affiliate marketing is a plus
