The appointee will provide administrative support to mental health projects. Manage human resources and financial matters; provide secretarial support for meetings. Maintain effective communication within the project team; coordinate project events including trainings, overseas tours, conferences and case assessment sessions. Keep track of all project documents; assist in the development of protocols and guidelines; perform other duties as assigned. Working outside normal office hours may be required occasionally. Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree with at least 5 years’ work experience, preferably with a proven track record in community-wide mental health projects. Excellent project management and organizational skills; ability to work collaboratively with a diverse team of professionals; good command of written and spoken English and Chinese (including Cantonese); good interpersonal, organizational and communication skills; IT proficiency.
