* Daily Portfolio Operations: Oversee the daily management of the project portfolio, ensuring projects are executed on time, within scope, and aligned with business priorities.
* ServiceNow Utilization: Effectively use the implemented ServiceNow PPM tool for project tracking, resource management, and performance monitoring. Handle any new requests related to its configuration or functionality.
* Dashboard Creation: Develop and maintain custom dashboards within ServiceNow to provide real-time insights into project and portfolio performance for stakeholders and senior management.
* Project Prioritization: Regularly review and adjust project priorities in response to business needs, resource availability, and organizational constraints.
* Monitoring and Reporting: Use ServiceNow PPM to monitor project progress, generate reports, and track KPIs related to portfolio health.
* Risk Management: Identify and address risks within the portfolio, using data from ServiceNow to ensure minimal impact on project delivery.
* Stakeholder Engagement: Collaborate with project managers, department leads, and other stakeholders to align resources, resolve issues, and ensure consistent communication.
* Governance and Compliance: Ensure all projects follow governance standards and methodologies using SNOW to uphold consistency and quality.
Qualifications:
* Proven experience in managing portfolios, with a focus on operational efficiency, project prioritization, and resource management.
* Proficient with ServiceNow PPM, with the ability to navigate, create dashboards, and handle configuration requests.
* Strong analytical skills to track and report on portfolio performance using ServiceNow data and KPIs.
* Experience with capacity planning and resource management within a PPM framework.
* Ability to manage multiple projects and adjust priorities dynamically based on business needs.
