The mission of this role is to lead the global data strategy, ensuring the quality, unification, and effective use of information as a key lever for decision-making, operational efficiency, and business profitability.
Responsibilities
- Define and execute the global data strategy, ensuring a single source of truth across the organization.
- Lead a multidisciplinary team and drive the performance and development of internal talent.
- Act as a strategic business partner, enabling data interpretation and exploitation for critical decision‑making.
- Manage local and international stakeholders, as well as external vendors, ensuring the correct implementation of functional solutions.
- Proven experience leading Data / Analytics functions in complex environments.
Qualifications
- Strong background in data architectures, BI, and advanced analytics (xcskxlj).
- Fluent Spanish and English.
- Additional training in Data, Analytics, or related areas.
