We are now hiring a Dutch-speaking Renewal Specialist to join the team in Málaga (hybrid). You’ll be part of a dynamic international environment where you’ll drive renewals, strengthen customer relationships and showcase your expertise in advanced cloud technologies.
What you’ll do
* As a Renewal Specialist you will act as the primary point of contact for customers during the renewals process, building trust and setting the foundation for long-term relationships.
* Convert renewal leads into qualified opportunities and revenue pipeline by assessing key criteria (Budget, Authority, Need, Timeline).
* Engage with small and medium-sized businesses across industries to identify needs and potential upsell / cross-sell opportunities.
* Understand customers' current Microsoft license positions and promote Microsoft cloud technologies (Azure, Office 365, Dynamics 365).
* Collaborate with internal stakeholders (Solution Specialists, PCM, TCM, CE) to ensure renewals close on time and meet customer needs.
What we’re looking for

You’re a great fit if you :
* Are a native or fluent Dutch speaker with advanced English.
* Have 2 years of sales experience with a strong track record of success.
* Have experience using Microsoft Office Suite and a passion for cloud technology.
* Understand the IT industry and can quickly learn new products and business solutions.
* Can identify customer needs and deliver compelling tailored pitches.
* Are driven by achievement and success.
* Have experience selling Azure, Office 365 or Dynamics 365 (preferred).
It’s a plus if you :
* Have experience in technical sales or presales.
* Hold a degree in computer science, mathematics or engineering (Bachelor or Master).

* Base salary: 25,000 gross / year up to 48,000 gross / year in variable bonus.
