Job Description
The Medical Sales Agent is responsible for generating, qualifying, and closing new business opportunities within the U.S. healthcare market.
This role focuses on outbound prospecting, consultative selling, and building long-term relationships with medical practices, group administrators, and healthcare executives.
The adecuado candidate understands medical practice operations and can confidently communicate value around cost savings, operational efficiency, and workflow optimization.
Key Responsibilities
Prospect and generate new leads within the U.S. healthcare market
Conduct outbound calls, emails, and LinkedIn outreach
Schedule and conduct discovery calls with medical practices
Present avanmed's services (Virtual Front Desk, Billing, Marketing, Web Studio)
Identify client pain points and propose tailored solutions
Manage pipeline and CRM updates consistently
Follow up with prospects to move deals forward
Collaborate with leadership on proposals and pricing
Meet monthly and quarterly revenue targets
Maintain detailed sales activity tracking
Target Market
Multi-location medical groups
Chiropractors
Primary care practices
Medical spas
Specialty clinics (pediatrics, cardiology, oncology, gynecology, etc.)
Practice administrators and healthcare executives
Required Qualifications
2+ years of sales experience (healthcare sales preferred)
Strong English communication skills (verbal and written)
Experience with outbound prospecting
CRM experience (HubSpot, Salesforce, or similar)
Ability to conduct structured discovery calls
Strong objection-handling skills
Self-motivated and target-driven
Preferred Experience
Experience selling B2B services
Experience selling to U.S.-based medical practices
Understanding of medical front desk operations or billing workflows
Experience selling recurring service contracts
Performance Expectations
Meet outbound activity benchmarks
Maintain structured CRM documentation
Achieve monthly revenue targets
Maintain professional communication standards
Participate in weekly pipeline review meetings
Follow avanmed's consultative sales process
Experience Required: 2+ Years
