We are looking for a production team leader in our manufacturing site of Barcelona!
In this very operational and tactical role, you will:
Lead and coach a team of operators
Maintain safety standards and uphold standardized operating procedures to ensure a secure and efficient production environment.
Assist managers in coordinating production schedules and optimizing workflows to achieve site goals.
Provide training and guidance to less experienced team members, acting as a subject matter expert for the department.
Monitor and assess team performance while resolving difficult or complex manufacturing issues as they arise.
Champion continuous improvement initiatives and uphold quality control processes to optimize production outputs.
Fluency in Spanish is required for this role, with proficient English communication skills (both written and verbal).
Qualifications
You demonstrated experience in running production equipment and coordinate team activities in a manufacturing setting.
You posses a strong subject matter expertise in production processes with the ability to troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues.
You have the proven ability to train and mentor others while fostering a collaborative environment across different shifts.
You possess excellent verbal and written communication skills to effectively share best practices and provide performance input.
You have strong decision-making skills and an ability to implement and lead change within a dynamic operations team.
