We are seeking an experienced Recruitment Business Partner Tech to join our Global Talent Acquisition team and drive the regional growth of our Tech teams. As a Recruitment Business Partner Tech, you will collaborate with our hiring teams to identify, attract, and hire top technical talent, playing a pivotal role in shaping the future of our organization.
What you'll do
* Partner strategically with global tech hiring teams to define hiring needs and develop recruiting strategies;
* Stay ahead of industry trends to enhance sourcing strategies and foster an inclusive hiring process;
* Partner with stakeholders for data-driven hiring decisions and support onboarding of new hires;
* Contribute to continuous improvement of team effectiveness and overall company success.
Who you are
* You have 3-6 years of Tech Recruitment experience and are ready to contribute to a global team;
* You have successfully recruited for various technical roles;
* You use a data-driven approach to shape impactful hiring strategies;
* You are proactive, driven, and eager to learn;
* You possess strong interpersonal skills and embody the Adyen values;
* You are comfortable working with global teams and fluent in English.
