NTT DATA Business Solutions, part of the NTT DATA Group, is expanding its Shared Service Center in Barcelona and we're looking for 1 Junior Financial Accountant to join our growing team.
What We're Looking For
* 1–2 years of experience in financial accounting
* Understanding of fundamental accounting principles
* Fluent in English and preferably Spanish
* Well-versed in MS Office suite, especially Excel and preferably familiar with SAP
* Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
* Detail-oriented with a high level of accuracy
* Ability to organize efficiently and work in an international team
* Based in Barcelona or nearby
Your Responsibilities
* Intercompany transactions, posting and reconciliation of IC accounts.
* Dealing with IC queries during the month.
* Accounts Receivable (AR) and Accounts Payable (AP) support
* Perform dunning activities to address outstanding receivables and manage communication with clients regarding overdue payments.
* Handle day-to-day financial transactions and ensure accurate and timely recording.
* Collaborate with the UK and Barcelona teams to provide financial support and analysis.
* Participate in the month-end activities.
* Ensure compliance with financial policies and procedures.
