Your roleWeb & Technical SEOFull ownership of the corporate website (Webflow).Development and optimization of landing pages (performance, conversion, and UX).Technical SEO: Core Web Vitals, schema, metadata, crawlability.Integrations with analytics, tracking, and testing tools.Maintaining accessibility and overall technical quality.
AI Ops & AutomationAutomating internal processes for the marketing team.Working with tools such as
Zapier, n8n, Make, ChatGPT, or Claude
.Designing workflows that reduce manual tasks.Creating reusable prompts and scalable systems.Measuring the real impact of automations.
Profile that fits~3+ years of experience in front-end development.~ Strong Webflow experience (CMS, custom code, responsive design, technical SEO).~ Solid knowledge of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript.~ Genuine interest in automation and AI tools (deep expertise not required).~ Fluent English (working with international teams).~ Practical, impact-oriented mindset.~ Curious, eager to experiment, improve processes, and learn fast.
ConditionsHybrid model in Barcelona
(2 days per week in the office).Occasional flexibility for meetings across time zones.Technical, collaborative environment with a high level of autonomy.
