We are looking for a proactive and labor law-savvy HR Associate to join our team. This role is ideal for someone with a strong understanding of employment regulations, thrives in a fast-paced environment, and is eager to help shape our company culture.
YOUR CONTRIBUTION
* Establishing and implementing the HR role and its position within the company.
* Ensure compliance with labor laws, company policies, working time and collective agreements.
* Oversee all HR processes, including recruitment and onboarding.
* Drive employee engagement initiatives and build a positive workplace culture.
* Support HR-related legal matters, provide guidance on employment contracts and workplace policies.
* Facilitating and assisting managers in conducting annual appraisal interviews with employees.
* Reporting on the status of HR activities to the Management of the company and HQ HR.
* Managing HR administrative tasks with precision and organization.
* Enhancing employer branding initiatives.
* Ensure smooth and constructive collaboration with the working council.
WE APPRECIATE CANDIDATES WITH
* University degree in Social Sciences.
* 2-5 years of experience in HR roles (recruitment of marketing and sales positions is an advantage).
* Up to date knowledge of labor laws, employment regulations and HR policies.
* Experience working with works councils and understanding co-determination procedures.
* Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
* High level of integrity and confidentiality.
* Ability to interpret and apply legal frameworks in a business context.
* Native in Spanish and fluent in English.
* Driving license and willingness to travel on national territory.
