With 360+ member companies worldwide, the ecosystem is strong, and now the mission is to make the story as loud and clear as the adoption already is.
Retaining Synexis Global to assist with this hire, we’re looking for a Marketing Leader to take full ownership of marketing execution, elevate share-of-voice, strengthen messaging, and drive member value, all whilst working closely with the CEO, the marketing team, member companies, and industry stakeholders.
What you’ll own:
* Lead and execute a global marketing + communications strategy.
* Strengthen brand, messaging, storytelling and correct common misconceptions.
* Drive membership value (engagement, retention, and membership growth ownership).
* Own content & campaigns (PR, case studies, blogs, white papers, videos, social campaigns).
* Oversee events + PR, manage agencies, and build earned media opportunities.
* Lead a small team and raise the bar on quality and pace.
What we’re looking for:
* A tech-savvy storyteller who can translate complex tech into simple, compelling narrative
* Proven marketing leadership (player–coach who can run a small team and multiple workstreams)
* Ownership + problem-solving mindset (brings solutions, flags risks early, delivers at pace)
* Experience in an alliance/association/multi-stakeholder ecosystem OR within an IoT organisation
* Strong English (written + verbal) and comfortable working with globally distributed stakeholders
Role logistics (please read, it matters):
* Remote (global), but must be European time-zone aligned (UK/Europe ideal)
* Full-time contractor (daily rate model) with annual renewal
* International travel required for key industry events
