**Job Title**: CHEFS (ALL LEVELS MAY APPLY)
**Location**: Ireland
**Duties &responsibilities;**
- Preparing a great variety of dishes to high quality standards and as per company guidelines.
- Demonstrate good product knowledge and culinary skills.
- Flexbility to work in cold/hot sections.
- Working in timely and professional manner.
- Being able to work within a high-paced environment and under pressure.
- Being able to work well independently and within a team.
- Proactive and can do attitude.
**Requirements**:
- English B2 or higher. (You need to be able to have a fluent conversation in English).
- EU nationality/ Right to work in Ireland without visa or sponsorship.
- Previous experience working in a 4 or 5-star hotel environment, preferably with fine dining experience or equivalent.
**Successful applicants must have**:
- A minimum of 2 years previous Chef de Partie experience in a similar environment.
- Excellent Knowledge of standards and consistent quality in line with our 5* standards.
- Ability to work under high pressure
- Good Training & recognised chef qualifications
- Good working knowledge of HACCP
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- You must be available to work shifts including weekend and bank holidays.
- A strong culinary background with a solid understanding of different cooking techniques and food preparation.
- Excellent knowledge of food safety and sanitation standards.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced and high-pressure environment while maintaining attention to detail.
- Strong communication and teamwork skills.
- Flexibility to work various shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
