As a Designer, you will be part of the creative development of the collection, translating trends, movement and performance needs into relevant, functional and contemporary products.
What you will do
- Design and develop apparel and/or footwear collections aligned with the ZARA ATHLETICZ identity
- Research trends, materials and innovations, translating them into clear product proposals
- Select fabrics, colors and trims, balancing aesthetics and performance
- Create sketches, technical sheets and product specifications
- Work closely with Pattern and Development teams on prototypes, fittings and final product definition
- Ensure consistency of design, fit and functionality across the collection
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure a coherent product story
- Follow the product from concept to final execution, ensuring quality and design integrity
- Contribute new ideas, concepts and creative solutions to the collection
What we are looking for
- Experience in fashion and/or sportswear design, ideally within performance or active categories
- Strong understanding of product, from concept to final garment or footwear
- Sensitivity to trends, materials and color, with a clear design point of view
- Passion for sport and understanding of movement and functionality
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple projects
- Curiosity, creativity xcskxlj and a proactive mindset
- Strong attention to detail and product sensibility
- Proficiency in Adobe Illustrator (3D tools are a plus)
- Strong communication and teamwork skills
- Fluency in English
- Degree in Fashion Design or related field
- Availability to relocate to La Coruña
