Responsibilities:
* Recruit, onboard, and manage affiliates, influencers and content creators in the travel space.
* Collaborate across Marketing, Sales and Product, teams to ensure alignment and delivery
* Create and manage affiliate campaigns, promotions, competitions, and incentive schemes to drive high-quality traffic and conversions.
* Monitor performance, optimise funnels, and ensure KPIs on volume, quality, and ROI
* Manage affiliate tracking platforms - netoworks and reporting, producing clear performance insight and recommendations.
* Identify and launch new growth opportunities across regions, channels, and platforms
Relevant Experience:
* At least 2 years’ experience in affiliate marketing, influencer marketing, partnership or performance marketing.
* Demonstrate a strong understanding of performance marketing, digital acquisition, tracking, and optimisation.
* Show a proven track record in growing or scaling affiliate programs in travel industry
* Have extensive experience in outbound sales/sales development and have successfully managed the full sales cycle from prospecting and lead generation through to opportunity creation and closing. xsgfvud
Key Skills:
* Strong relationship-building with product, contracting, and commercial teams
* Experience with affiliate integrations, ancillary upselling, and value-added service packaging are a plus
* Skilled in pitching solutions that enhance the end-user (traveler) experience while driving partner revenue
Location & Language:
* Based near our office in Sant Cugat del Valles (Barcelona)
* Fluent in English and Spanish
* French, or German are strong assets depending on region
