About the Position:
The Netskope Regional Sales Manager will receive full support from the executive team, providing an exceptional opportunity for experienced sales professionals to drive growth and impact in building the next iconic cloud security company.
This role requires expertise in mapping business solutions to complex security challenges, understanding the competition, and driving market share growth.
Key Responsibilities Include:
* Prospect new accounts, generate interest, qualify, develop, and close new business opportunities.
* Meet and exceed revenue targets and goals assigned to the territory through independent efforts.
* Develop a comprehensive account strategy leading to a well-executed selling effort into assigned territories/accounts.
* Focus on new account acquisition, customer satisfaction, and retention.
Job Requirements:
* A successful track record of 10+ years in selling cybersecurity and networking technologies, including experience with network security technologies such as Proxies, Next Generation Firewalls (NGFW), SSL/IPSec, VPNs, SSO, DLP, and Encryption gateways, along with growing a territory.
* An exceptional track record of success in consultative sales of complex enterprise software solutions to C-level executives in F1000 accounts.
* A verifiable history of consistently exceeding quotas year after year.
* A strong presence in the targeted geography with existing local enterprise customer relationships.
* Experience establishing and fostering strong Channel Partner relationships, including pre-existing relationships with key resellers in the assigned territory.
* A deep understanding of enterprise web technologies and SaaS experience is essential.
